Taps & Traps

Join the folk from Predator Free Lyall Bay and pick up your own backyard pest trap!

For a koha we'll hook you up with a trap, show you how to use it, give you advice on bait, placement, data capture and even provide some peanut butter to get you started.

Our mates at Parrotdog are keen to get people protecting our native critters too, so they'll be shouting a refreshment for anyone that picks up a trap!

We'll have paint, stencils, and other goodies available to decorate your trap box and really make it your own, plus look out for a spot prize in some trap boxes thanks to our mates at ZEALANDIA.

Predator Free Wellington will also join us to chat about their plans for bringing back the birdsong to the wider Wellington region.
