Forget dinner and a show, this wild and wonderful WOW season, it’s all about daytime delights. Going all out in ceremonious style, we’re christening our newly-minted Gallery Lounge with a high tea of distillation, carbonation and pure, glorious ‘ginovation’.

Inspired by the world’s favourite elixir and preferred partner to tonic, this terrific teatime is a mixer of craft cocktails and perfect patisserie – in other words, utterly iconic.

Make your way through trays and tiers of botanical-infused bites, from the bramble scent of gin-centred blackberry mousse cakes, to gin and tonic fudge. There’s pink gin and gin fizz, each interpreted through petite pastries and moreish shortbread. On a savoury note, indulge in gin-cured salmon on lavish olive lavosh, spiked with herbaceous coriander gel. Taste Mediterranean flavours of rosemary, thyme, olive and basil with Gin Mare-infused beef on a bed of herb and parsnip purée. Sip it down with two G&Ts, garnished just as you like.

Gather the girls and set your glam on, it’s time for tea with a generous pour of G.
