Holi Festival – the brightest festival of the year!!!

Bring your family, friends and enjoy an afternoon and night out with colour, food, performances and much more!

3.30pm - Everything set up ready to go – Food Trucks, Hall will be open with music and performances will happen at later times, view some Indian market stalls with Indian clothing and jewellery.

3.30pm - Registration for the first Colour Fight – bring your ticket and get your colour fight pack. Also opportunity to buy more colour.

Limited tickets - tickets are $15 purchase previously from Te Takeretanga o Kura-hau-po (Levin), Te Awahou Nieuwe Stroom (Foxton), or the Shannon Library. For other means of ticket purchase contact info@horowhenua.govt.nz.

Receive 3 packets of colour and another surprise.
4.00pm - Start of the Daytime Colour fight – Games, give-aways, and the grand finale.

6.15pm - Registration for the UV Colour fight – bring your ticket and get your colour fight pack. Also opportunity to buy more colour and lights.

Tips for the Day:
- Wear old white clothes.
- Bring Cash to Buy Colour & Food, and see what the market stalls have.
- The colour used is flour based, non-toxic. Safe to use on children and adults.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. We recommend suitable for children over 8 years of age.
- You are responsible for any minors you bring. Please be mindful that this is a large event. Keep young children away from the main DJ box because of the loud sound and packed with a dancing crowd.
