Meet on the green between the 2 bridges in Matapouri.
Come and join together as a community to walk Matapouri Beach picking up all the rubbish we can see. This will include scouring the sand for micro-plastics in a metre square area and closely examining seaweed clumps for discarded fishing line.
Low tide is at 4.30pm, giving us the opportunity to pick up anything left behind.
Please bring your own bags or buckets and gardening gloves if you feel you need them.
