Join us, the Dunedin City Council, at our 2021 Conservation Week planting day where we will be planting native plants along Abbots Creek in Sunnyvale to help create habitat for wildlife and improve water quality of the creek.

Conservation Week will be held from 4 - 12 September and is an opportunity for people to take part in events and activities and show support for nature.

What to bring: Weather-appropriate clothing (layers, rain jacket, hat), closed-toe shoes, water bottle, snacks and gardening gloves and a spade (if you have your own).

Where to meet: At Abbots Creek – follow the DCC signage from the carpark.

Transport: Parking will be available at the Sunnyvale Sports Centre on Main South Road. Please be aware that sports may be on at the same time so parking could be limited.

This event is part of Conservation Week 2021.
