Lions Gate Breathwork Sound Journey

Embodied Wisdom Community and PikeOut bring you a transformative 3-hour ceremony of embodied breathwork and sacred sound. Sharing sacred ancient traditional plant medicine cacao, conscious connected breathing, intention creation, ceremony, music, movement, expression and energetic release.

Meet your facilitators:

Claire Wolfe (NZ) – Ceremony facilitator, certified breathwork practitioner, Tantrika and experienced space holder, cultivating the container for deep connection, healing and release.

Matthew Pike (NZ) – Yoga teacher, and experienced and talented musician who will be sharing devotional and ceremonial meditative music which holds the space and weaves hearts together with intention and harmony.

Returning to the heart space in ceremony:

Claire Wolfe will guide you through a heart-opening meditation, honouring the spirits of cacaocita (cacao heart medicine) and ask for our intentions to be heard. In circle we will prepare and share a cup of heart medicine and allow it to awaken our hearts and soul. We will then move through deep dive breathwork, meditation and devotional music and sound healing led by Matthew Pike.

High Vibrational Ceremonial Cacao Paste by Rescue Cacao from Seleno Health, direct from artisanal family farms, farmed following ancient traditions in Peru and are blessed before and after harvest in sacred ceremony by our local shamans.
