Join Liz Mitchell, MNZM, New Zealand’s leading bespoke fashion designer, for a felting workshop.
Using Romney wool rovings from Charlotte Dykes’ Hill Country Farm, Gladsmuir, Middlemarch, Liz will take you through the ancient, transformative process of wet felting.
Use wool rovings and yarn embellishments to create a wrap for a bar of soap – the life of the soap bar will be prolonged, and it will be easier to handle.
Come along to discover the magical properties of wool and spend a Saturday afternoon learning something new from one of New Zealand's best.
A felting kit will be provided.
