I will be holding space at the beautiful inner city loft space of Thrive Pilates Studio Wellington on July 30th for a Sacred Sound Journey. I would love to connect with you there.

The sound bath is designed to facilitate deep healing, release stagnant energy, and promote a heightened sense of well-being. As you surrender to the symphony of sound, you may experience profound insights, heightened intuition, and a profound sense of peace.

No prior experience is necessary, as the sound bath is open to individuals of all backgrounds and levels of familiarity with meditation or sound therapy. Simply come with an open heart and a willingness to embrace the transformative power of sound.
