Carpark by the hall on Barry St or park along Frankley Rd and Clyde St with alleyways at 291 Frankley Rd and between 15 & 17 Clyde St.

Zero-waste event, BYO reusables encouraged but we will have mugs/plates available if you forget your own. Water refill station inside.

Please bring cash as not all stallholders will have eftpos.

Animals aren’t allowed inside the venue unless they are service animals, no exception.

Mobility parking and drop off point available in the carpark on Barry St with wheelchair/ramp access at the back of the hall.

Vendors please note:
•We do not take bookings via email or DM, please view the forms via the link above as it has all the info for the event and how to book.
•Food vendors are required to use reusable mugs/plates (which we provide) with fully compostable (paper, cardboard) packaging being used only for takeaway orders. We will not accept food vendors who use plastic, please consider this before applying.
•Craft vendors will only be accepted if their products are package-free or in eco friendly packaging. Items must be either NZ secondhand or made in NZ by the vendor.
