I am beyond thrilled to announce my upcoming 1-day 'Journey Within' yoga & wellness retreat that will be taking place here in Martinborough on Sunday 18 August.

This exclusive retreat is designed to guide you in reflecting and connecting with the deepest parts of yourself, enabling you to release old patterns, gain clarity, and deepen your sense of inner peace and purpose. Retreat Itinerary:
10am: Welcome ceremony with cacao/ matcha/ tea

10:30-12pm: Releasing, Cleansing & Healing Workshop - this will include a yoga practice, a guided meditations and mindfulness practices, guided journalling, a fire cleansing practice & a candle gazing practice

12:30-1:30pm: Healthy, nourishing lunch - dietaries catered for

1:30-3:30pm: Intentional Manifestation Workshop -this will include another yoga practice, guided meditations and mindfulness practices, guided journalling and a mini vision-board practice.

3:30-4pm: Savasana and closing ceremony.

4-4:30pm: Option to stay for a complimentary glass of NZ bubbles and post-retreat connection

The yoga, meditation and journalling practices will be crafted to support the goal of that workshop - i.e. the morning yoga session will include a lot of poses to support releasing and letting go whereas the afternoon session will include heart openers and poses that support opening ourselves and coming back to our centers.
