Join us for a practical retreat with Geshela leading guided meditation to improve our concentration and awareness. During this experiential meditation retreat Geshela will guide us through meditation sessions and will teach us how to build up and deepen our practice on a daily basis.
In today’s world full of distractions and restlessness, it is very crucial to know how to keep our mind calm and focused. Take this precious opportunity to learn from Geshela who has been practicing for more than 35 years.
This retreat is open for all. Join us to learn this deeply nourishing technique to befriend with the mind.
