About the book

Meet the author and facilitator

Matt Heath is a multifaceted New Zealand personality: actor, producer, Radio Hauraki breakfast host, and author. He has extensive experience in entertainment and media and brings a unique perspective to the topic of human well-being. Known for his warm-hearted humour and honest insights, Matt engages audiences with a blend of wit and sincerity.

Facilitated by Ali Ikram, a writer and broadcaster known for his columns on redundancy and contributions to the anthology series "Tell You What." Ali is passionate about libraries and serves as a Trustee of the Auckland Library Heritage Trust.
