*13 weeks of tuition, the final session is an art exhibition so you can meet with family and friends in a special social environment.
Throughout the ages, art has always played a significant role within society; from the earliest cave paintings to classics from the Middle Ages and contemporary masterpieces, art gives the ability to express ideas, feelings and emotions and allows others to see through the artist's eyes.
Not everybody has the innate talent to produce art to the standard of Da Vinci or Picasso that will stand the test of time. Still, in today’s society, nearly everyone has the opportunity to discover and explore art for themselves and uncover their artistic talents.
The Season’s Art Class provides art courses around the Hibiscus Coast, including in the suburbs of Red Beach, Silverdale, Orewa and Whangaparaoa, that are available to adults of all ages, regardless of whether you are an absolute beginner or at an intermediate level. Many people have never tried to express themselves artistically due to a misplaced belief that they do not have the required ability. Still, the truth is, if you can write with a pen or pencil, then you do have the coordination and manual dexterity to be an artist – all that is missing is the appropriate guidance.
