Saturday 5th Oct Win a Skini Ramp Skate Comp 12pm - 3pm
Art exhibit open daily 28th Sept - 6th Oct.

Duckewe is hosting an art exhibit featuring some of Christchurch's best artists. Connected by skateboarding, they have come together to produce a series of 'prints on fabric'. The exhibit hosts 11 unique pieces printed on Duckewe's latest range of eco-friendly tees, alongside a set of limited edition wall prints, too. Opening night is Saturday 28th Sept 6pm-8pm. The exhibit then opens daily from 10am-4pm until Sunday 6th Oct. Duckewe are hosting a skate comp in the same location on Sat 5th October where they will be giving away two skate ramps as the top prizes and limited edition prints and Two Thumb beer vouchers.

This exhibition is a celebration of working together under the broader themes of skateboarding, fashion and street culture. The gallery comprises of works for sale and works on loan, two large ramp pieces and the SUB:BASS speaker rig. You won't find these artists exhibiting work at this price elsewhere. All profits go to the artists and into funding community skate events.

Artists include: Bloom, Dark Ballad, Dcypher, Distranged, Drows, Hambone, Ikarus, Mark Waddleton, Right Brain, Smeagol, Usurp the Streets

Join us on Saturday 5th October for an all ages mini ramp skate comp with equal prizes for mens and womens events. The iconic George 'the host from the coast' of Cheapskates Skate Skool will be running the mic backed up by a selecta set from Bambi on the SUB:BASS speaker rig. Big thanks to our sponsors Rolling Meadows Festival and Rangiora ITM for funding the ramps alongside Dark Ballad & Right Brain donating the ramp art, 4x4 mowing on transport and a massive thanks to Life in Vacant Spaces for hosting us.

Opening night Saturday 28th Sept 6pm - 8pm
Open daily until Sunday 6th Oct at the Life in Vacant Spaces Incubator, 110 Cashel Street.
