A key lesson learnt in the 2023 Auckland Anniversary floodings was the importance of building local community resilience and readiness in disaster preparedness. This FREE workshop, facilitated by Neighbourhood Support with the help of key stakeholders, aims to make Bayview an even more thriving, caring, connected commUNITY, perfectly positioned to deal with future disaster events.

Bring your ideas along on the night and contribute to the creation of an effective Bayview Community Resilience Plan. You'll learn about a recent study asking Bayviewians how our community can be strengthened, and take home practical, hands-on information to enhance both individual and
community well-being. You'll also be amongst the first given the opportunity to order new "We love our community: Bayview, NZ" signs.

Any questions about the workshop can be directed to Rebecca Smith at rebecca@neighbourhoodsupport.co.nz. Register NOW as attendance is limited and help keep Bayview the strong commUNITY we all know and love.
