Thai cuisine is an exciting explosion of tastes and textures. This highly aromatic food has become popular around the globe. Each week you will be shown different Thai dishes and you will get to make these. This course will provide you with tips, tricks and knowledge and it will be fun, easy and yummy!

Not suitable for vegetarians. All ingredients included in course fee – please bring to each session your apron, a couple of tea towels, a dishcloth and containers to take leftovers home

By the end of the course you'll be able to

Make a range of Thai dishes at home with more confidence
Use ingredients spices and herbs like Thai people do!
Be able to explain some simple Thai eating etiquette


Note: Our cooking courses are designed to provide a collaborative and immersive learning experience where learners often work in pairs and/or groups. While we wish to create an inclusive environment for all participants, it is important to note that our courses are unable to accommodate specific food allergies or deviate from the preplanned dishes and menus.
