Join pitmaster and Wilson Barbecue owner Blair Wilson for our Cooking with Smoke class on 16 June from 10am-2pm.
The class covers the basics of barbecue including how to set up a bbq, preparing meat and also takes you through some of our favourite recipes!
We’ll cover brisket, pork, chicken and ribs. And there will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions.
There will be spot prizes throughout the class and it will wrap up with a barbecue grazing table for you to feast on with your classmates!
