Creative Writing - From Idea to Page

Always wanted to write but not sure where to start? Break through writers’ block with a fun day of ideas generating and practical writing exercises.

“Just write!”
That’s the advice given to every newbie writer… but what happens when you
struggle to get words on the page?
In this one-day course, we’ll brainstorm ideas, complete writing exercises and
discuss strategies for keeping up writing momentum.

Please bring pen and paper. Tea and coffee available for your breaks, please bring lunch and any snacks you may need.

By the end of the course, you’ll be able to:
- Identify different brainstorming methods
- Complete writing exercises to develop ideas
- Describe your own writing process, and identify what works for you
- Apply strategies to keep up writing momentum

Note: Courses need a minimum number to go ahead so if we don't have enough enrolments a few days before the start date, we have to cancel. We'll let you know by email so please check yours regularly.
