Fizz – effervescent improv comedy to raise money towards the renewal of Howick Little Theatre's roof.

Starring: Tamara Androsoff, Tresna Hunt, Francisca Vergara Vial, Gillian Berry and Clare Kelso

Fizz is comedy, but every part of it is based on storytelling. From amazing new fairy tales to family dramas, from romances to mysteries, we create stories on stage with a twist. And you can help us craft these stories live and unrehearsed. Don’t worry, we won’t drag you up on stage, but your suggestions will help shape the fun.

It’s called Fizz because the cast has so much energy and joy to bring you. We want you to have a memorable and laugh-filled time with us while we come together to make a difference for Howick Little Theatre, which is raising money towards an essential roof renewal project.

Clare Kelso has been connected to Howick Little Theatre for a long time. She loves the artistic vision, the high standards of their productions, and the calibre and dedication of the actors, directors, and crew. As a professional producer and artistic director, she’s also seen behind the curtain and witnessed the hard work of the enthusiastic committee that keeps it all going.

The costs of running a theatre are high and never without challenges. The Mischief Company wanted to help Howick Little Theatre raise funds towards its roof renewal project to help ensure it can keep entertaining the good people of the Howick community.

A Q&A with the cast will be held after each performance.

About the Mischief Company
A couple of years ago, a group of actors were talking about how miserable the world had become. They noted how people couldn't afford to go to the movies or theatre, it seemed. They also hadn't had any opportunities themselves to perform on stage for a while. The idea of creating their own improv workshops for women was formed. With carefully selected talent and the tutelage and watchful eye of improv maven Clare Kelso, The Mischief Company was born.
