Floating Meditation Sound Journey

Relax and enjoy a one-hour rejuvenating meditation suspended in an aerial hammock, while surrounded by the tranquil vibes including crystal sound bowls. This session will be guided by sound rather than verbal-led meditation.
This unique experience is designed to relax your body and mind.
Level: No aerial yoga experience is required.

What to wear: Comfortable warm clothing, no jeans, no zips or jewellery. Socks must be worn.

High Above used Antigravity Fitness Hammocks which are load tested to 400kg each, we do not set a weight limit for Floating Meditation sessions.
