These school holidays, treat the tamariki to a gorgeous puppet show developed here at Zealandia by String Bean Puppets. Experience the magic of puppetry and te taiao in this empowering and delightful show for young audiences.

A bat who is afraid of the dark encounters a glow worm who thinks she is a star. Themes of courage, friendship, and conservation are interwoven with a heartwarming story that
introduces audiences to the unique and endangered short-tailed bat.

This show will be in the Pāteke Room on Level 2 of the Visitor Centre, suitable for all ages.

When entering the sanctuary general admission fees apply, free entry for Zealandia members.
