Sways & Slays is a monthly dance class created for movers and groovers who want to be part of a community of like-minded people who enjoy the art of dance. This is also a great chance to get out of the house during the winter months and keep active, as they say dance is a natural heeler ;)

If you don't own a pair of heels or feel comfortable wearing them this is completely fine. Feel free to wear whatever you feel most comfortable and confident in.
