Loris Zigon at Wynyard Grill

Loris Zigon is an Auckland based jazz pianist/keyboardist, composer/arranger and music tutor, who is originally from Slovenija.

A freelance musician, he performs across a range of formats from solo piano to large ensemble. He currently leads The Tiny Tickets and various other duo and trio projects, and is part of Big Ticket which holds an 8y+ residency at The Lula Inn (AKL viaduct). A seasoned musician, Loris has performed at hundreds of events and venues for private, corporate and public cliental.

Loris draws his repertoire from the Great American Songbook, jazz/latin standards as well as popular covers, and sometimes includes original compositions as part of the mix. All selections are presented with great taste and creative spice. Expect to hear a range of genres including jazz, Latin, blues, funk and pop.
