Rug up warm and join us to celebrate Matariki with a dawn viewing on our beautiful beach!
Enjoy the cosy ambiance of a beach bonfire while learning about the Matariki cluster from our tamariki. Reon Tuanau of Te Whānau a Tauwhao hapū will also share the cultural significance of Matariki and its connection to our hāpori | community. Plus, Nicki from Vital Harvest will guide us on using the lunar calendar to enhance our māra kai | gardens.
Afterwards, we will enjoy a free community breakfast together at Brighton Reserve.

WHEN: 6am, Tuesday 2nd July (Postponement rain date of Thursday 4th July)
BRING: Warm clothes, blanket and camp chairs.
