Join Tinni Arora, resident artist at The Kilns at Te Horo, as she leads a unique workshop using the Obvara Firing Technique. A Baltic Raku, where red hot Bisqued pots are dunked into a fermented flour mixture to achieve a variety of surface texture.

Tinni is an experienced teacher from Noida, India. After a residency at Driving Creek, she is now with The Kilns for two months until end September.

At The Kilns at Te Horo, Jim Winiata Way (off School Rd).

Bring: 3 or 4 bisque pots per person, Raku Clay or similar to take thermal shock – everything else provided.
