Seasons for Growth Parent Programme - Supporting your child through separation and divorce

Wednesday 31 July & Wednesday 7 August
7.3pm- 9.30pm

This four hour (two-night) educational, evidence-based program provides an opportunity for parents to:
- better understand the experiences of separation and divorce from a child’s or young person’s perspective
- to explore ideas and strategies they may wish to consider as they support their children to transition through family change.

Cost: $25 for journal

Seasons for Growth programmes are educative programmes designed to assist children, young people, and adults to process the effects of grief, loss and change and to develop skills that build resilience and wellbeing. This workshop is being led by Jess, our Seasons for Growth trainer/facilitator at Catholic Social Services.
