Pottery Creatures Workshop

For children aged 8 to 12.

We will make imaginative creatures using the pinch pot technique. This involves making two small 'pinched' bowls, and joining them to make the body of a creature. We can then add to this to create something unique. Heads and tails, faces, texture... the imagination can shine!

Then we will paint these in underglaze colours designed to be used with clay.

The work will be taken away to be dried, glazed and fired, and can be collected from the gallery after a few weeks.

Old clothes that can get messy are recommended.
