Explore the exciting (some might say addictive!) artform of printmaking, with artist Ruth Stanton-Macleod.

In this workshop, you will learn to make monoprints. What's a monoprint? Whilst printmaking tends to result in an edition (multiple copies of the same image) mono-printing results in prints that can be repeated but not editioned because each print has variations. The technique allows for fluid, expressive works and can be made without a printing press, meaning that after this workshop, you can monoprint into the small hours without needing specialist equipment!

Ruth is passionate about working in both clay and print and moves between the two disciplines comfortably.
