Have you heard about the great initiative called Safer Plates supported by the Police?

To help stop theft of license plates, just roll on up to Birkenhead Square, in front of Pizza Hut (67-77 Mokoia Road), on Wednesday 19th where the Police have teamed up with Neighborhood Support and Birkenhead Village to replace your license plate screws for free!

They will be replaced with longer and sturdier bolts, which will deter potential thieves. To get this free service, you can pop by anytime between 11am to 2pm.

Drive in one-way from the Pizza Hut lane on Mokoia Rd, and park in one of the three coned off carparks where you will meet a friendly face
