• The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. • If a registered participant from the same organisation cannot attend, a substitute participant from the same organisation may be accepted. • Requests for substituting a participant must be made in writing at least 5 days before the event start date and must include the details of both the registered participant and the substitute participant. • The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, agenda, or any other aspects without prior notice. • If the training event cannot be organised due to circumstances beyond the control of the organising committee, participants will be notified promptly. In such cases, the registration fee will be refunded within 60-90 days from the date of cancellation. Our liability is limited to the refund of the fee in case of cancellation of the event. • All event content, including presentations, materials, and resources, is provided for educational purposes and should not be considered as professional advice. Reproducing, distributing, or recording event materials without permission is strictly prohibited. • The organiser may capture photographs, audio, or video recordings during the event for promotional and educational purposes. By attending, participants grant permission for their likeness and voice to be used in such materials. • Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully towards trainers, speakers, event staff, and fellow participants. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the event without a refund. • The organiser is not liable for any personal injuries, damages, losses, or thefts that may occur during the event. Participants are responsible for their belongings and encouraged to take necessary precautions. • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the event is held. By registering for the event, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
