To celebrate Sustainable Backyards 2024, join DOC Rangers on a guided family friendly walk, learn about the forest and it's inhabitants.
10am departure from the carpark by the Lake Okataina Outdoor Education Centre, Lake Okataina Road.
1.5km easy grade walking track.
Please wear sensible walking shoes / hiking boots, outdoor clothing appropriate to the weather conditions.
Bring a raincoat!
