Are you a rangatahi (youth aged 12 to 18) who loves to write? Your story starts here!

Join us for a one-of-a-kind writing workshop at Mt Albert Library as part of We Read Auckland!

In this session, you will:

• Explore your unique voice as a writer with facilitator Danielle Kionasina Dilys Thomson, a Samoan/Welsh writer, poet, journalist, kaiako (teacher), multidisciplinary artist, and director of Tagata Atamai and the Moana Creative Business Network
• Learn how to connect to and draw from your own experiences to craft the stories you want to see published
• Discover the power of storytelling in a supportive and creative environment.

This is your chance to:

• Find your voice as a writer
• Develop your storytelling skills
• Meet other aspiring young writers.

Kai and light refreshments will be provided.

Tickets are free, but bookings are required as spaces are limited!

Don't miss out! Secure your spot today.

This event is presented by Auckland Council Libraries as part of We Read Auckland / Ka Pānui Tātou i Tāmaki Makaurau.
