Join us for a special evening celebrating the best of Taupo with The Locals Support Local Treats: a degustation dinner at Hare & Copper. This event is all about showcasing remarkable local produce, talent, and people who make our community thrive.
At Hare & Copper, owners Andrew & Lili, take great pride in locally sourcing as much of their ingredients, supplies, and talent, as possible. This is reflected in the wonderful line up of suppliers used in their local degustation.
On the night, you’ll enjoy a carefully crafted menu, with wine pairing, featuring the finest ingredients from local partners, including Awawhiti Cress, Duncan’s Venison, Heritage Meat, Misfit Gardens, M21 Meats, Rangiatea Station, Saltwater Seafoods, The Merchant of Taupo, Te Mata Estate, The Store, and Volcanic Chocolate.
