Hospital cuts hurt.
Dunedin’s Mayor and Councillors are rallying together the southern community to march against the prospect of clinical cuts being made to the New Dunedin Hospital.
Join us at 12pm on Saturday, 28 September to show our Ministers and Members of Parliament in Wellington how hospital cuts will hurt our people, our whānau, our community, and our region!
We’ll gather at the Great King Street entrance to the University of Otago’s Dental School and then march through George Street to the Octagon, where there will be speeches.
Share your story about how hospital cuts would hurt you or someone you know by joining in the protest, sharing your story online with #TheySaveWePay and #HospitalCutsHurt hashtags, or sending us a message.
On the day, we’ll wear white and bring placards that explain what hospital cuts would mean for us.
