Skye Broberg

Badgernomics and CC Toots have brought together some world-class producers, DJ’s and artists for a night of dance party deliciousness, that will take you on a cosmic ride through the frequencies by blending electronica with live music, mixing and visuals.

Think electronic festival atmosphere, lasers, braziers and a chill zone.

Max Maxwell (WEL), Carmel Courtney (CHCH) & Tyson Smith (Wel)

Electronic Producer Max Maxwell brings his original dance tracks to the live stage with musicians Carmel Courtney (vox, sax) and Tyson Smith (gat, vox). This trio’s set will be a genre bending, frequency warping good time on the dance floor. Soul psychedelia and  unpredictability guaranteed.

Paddy Free (AUK)

Paddy is best known as one half of New Zealand electronic music pioneers Pitch Black. In his solo set Paddy presents a live dubtronic mix of thumping Aotearoa and Pacific beats incorporating Te Reo Māori and Taonga Puoro. This powerful dancefloor journey will showcase Paddy’s production history with some of this country’s finest - Oceania, Moana Maniapoto, Dr Richard Nunns and Horomona Horo to name only a few. A unique sound that can only come from Aotearoa.

Marcos Alonso (Wel)

With a smile that steps into the room before he does, Marcos Alonso lights up the dancefloor with his eclectic, effervescent style. UK born but based in windy Wellington, get ready for Marcos to blow your fringe back with his vivacious, varied sets. Drawing on decades of playtime in NZ and across Europe, he is a long-standing DJ, music producer and head honcho at the record label Sqeaky Wheels.

Playing alongside New Zealand’s top producers and DJ’s, Marcos always delivers an exotic and fruity show, proving why he is a firm favourite on the New Zealand festival circuit and beyond
