Workshop in Sumie Eastern Art on Saturday 26 October 2 - 4pm

Artist Haruko Furukawa
Award-winning mural in Christchurch and live painting in Los Angelos in USA for World Peace HaNa project.
Participated in many international exhibitions in Japan, USA,Australia and Peru.

I visited Christchurch for the first time 28 years ago and was fascinated by the great nature and the kindness of New Zealanders. So, I thought it would be wonderful if someday I could travel back and forth between Japan and New Zealand, holding a joint exhibition, and exchanging art.  My long-cherished wish has come true and I am able to hold the event with the support of Christchurch City Council and some kind artist friends I met in New Zealand and Japan.
I'm looking forward to seeing how much impact I can have on the world through the power of love through art.

Please take a look the Meraverse exhibition too!
