Yoga Class On Mondays Level 2 - 3

These classes are for anyone who has done yoga before and is ready for more advanced yoga postures, done with deeper inner focus and concentration, providing you with more strength, energy and a sense of wellbeing.

Mondays & Wednesdays: 6-7.15pm
Saturdays: 8.15 - 9.30pm
Drop in:$20 or 10 class concession card
Ongoing drop-in class, for experienced practitioners.
