Join us at Shine for a relaxed, friendly Sunday morning Flow Yoga class. We will start with a guided meditation or some pranayama breathing, move into a gentle warm up and some core strengthening, and from here, into a mindful flow of poses, moving with our breath from one pose to another. We finish with some seated poses and a serene savasana relaxation.
This class is suitable for all levels of yoga experience, and all equipment you need is provided. Just bring yourself, and leave your cares and worries at the door.
If Sunday morning doesn't suit your schedule, we have Dynamic Flow on Mondays at 9.15am, Stretch, Breathe and Relax at 5.30 on Wednesdays, and Flow at 9.15am on Fridays.
