Burial Ground stories from Pauatahanui

Pauatahanui's burial grounds tell stories from the past: Friends of the burial grounds summarise the places' history and talk about some of the characters buried at each place. The first talk will start at the Burial Ground, 4 Paekakariki Hill Road at 10 am, followed by the second talk a short distance away at St Josephs Churchyard, 85 Paremata-Haywards Road (State Highway 58) approx. 3/4 hour later with another host.

Good walking shoes required, ground may be slippery if wet. No toilet facilities on site but are available in the village close by.
