Enjoy a delightful spread featuring locally sourced ingredients from regenerative farms and fisheries. We preserve and ferment through the bountiful months, to recreate traditional flavors with zero waste practices.

The ticket will include a 5 plates Japanese inspired brunch. A selection of handcrafted non-alcoholic, as well as coffee, beers, low intervention wines and spritz will be available to purchase on the day.
