Our thoughts can be wild and overwhelming. But the mind can be managed through the practice of Yoga Nidra. Think guided meditation, the gentle sounds of rain, soothing blend of essential oils, and releasing your stress and anxieties. Karuna, your facilitator, will be guiding you through the meditative experience especially crafted to eliminate excess cortisol (stress hormone) and instead promote the release of serotonin (feel good hormone). Everyone leaves the room on a cloud - you’ll feel the difference.
Not to mention that there’s also a tasty and nourishing dinner after the session (all included in the price). Connect and share a meal amongst wholesome company!
Meet Karuna, your facilitator & host:
Karuna will be guiding your Yoga Nidra experience. Trained as a primary school teacher, she also has a background in psychology and Spanish. But her heart is in connecting with others and she always brings a lively and warm energy to the space.
